Hugging shorter people and resting your head on theirs
Hugging taller people and having your head against their chest
Hugging people your height and pressing your face against their shoulder
Hugging people and getting picked up by them

it was 5:30 pm and you were laughing as the
breeze was knocking my hair all around me
the smell of the beach stuck under
i glanced at you and couldn’t help
but to smile
thats when I knew
i could glance back at you for
the rest of my life
how do boys look good without makeup
Because society hasn’t told boys they look bad without it

"An Ode To My Mother"
where are you from? I am originally from the North Fork of Long Island in a small town called Cutchogue.
where are you right now? Currently I am residing in NYC, attaining my BFA as a junior honors photography major.
where do you want to be? I would ideally like to work within the magazine editorial/advertising industry, eventually finding my way to travel the world!
________________________________"For this series, I wanted to create a series of work of interiors of my home, signifying the relationship between my mother and I - a tribute of sorts. Being a single parent and an only child, we have a relationship unlike mother and daughter, but more so as best friends and roommates, which I think is something that is quite relevant within many of the photos. Within the photographs, as well as within the series as a whole as well, ‘twos’ are a common theme - whether it be the two sides of a sink in a photograph, or two photos of beds placed together. There also is a sense of nature and home, both intertwining within the series, another set of two’s. This project is called An Ode To My Mother, because within the photographs, it is a series about her and also about our relationship. She is my role model and best friend, and by shooting this series on her, our strong bond is quite clear within the series.”________________________________
